We are looking to hire a Senior DBA with solid experience in distributed environments to collaborate with our Databases team in the execution of highly relevant technological projects.

The position is especially oriented towards professionals with strong technical knowledge who want to participate actively in projects and contribute experience in the design, evolution, and decision-making regarding database solutions.

Your main function will be to accompany the Databases team in the execution of projects, including both initiatives specific to the area, such as several projects related to ATLAS, as well as needs and projects driven by other areas of the organization.

• Participate technically in projects related to databases and distributed environments.
• Provide expert knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server in the analysis and execution of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Databases team on projects linked to ATLAS and other strategic initiatives.
• Analyze needs raised by other areas and accompany them from a database perspective.
• Participate in the design and evolution of solutions, providing technical criteria and best practices.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and with the providers responsible for the administration of the environments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for technical improvement within the projects.
