The role
What you'll do
Collaborate in the search, gathering, analysis and structuring of information relevant to the project and to client needs, processes and business models.
Collaborate in the functional and/or process design of the solution.
Participate in the implementation of transformation or improvement initiatives within the project/client.
Prepare functional deliverables and documentation and reports derived from the analysis carried out, following the area's consulting methodology and standards.
Collaborate in workshops, interviews and sessions with the client and/or end users.
Collaborate in drawing basic conclusions and recommendations from the analysis carried out.
Support the translation of business requirements into product configurations and parameterizations.
Support implementation and the resolution of functional incidents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sector and of the client's business model.
Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams (technical and functional), adapting to different environments.
Train in and get to know the client's business and context.
Keep their knowledge of trends and tools up to date.
