Consultant - IT Project Management

• Minimum 2 years in project management and/or PMO functions
• At least 2 years in a functional management, coordination, or similar role, with experience liaising between business and IT
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, business areas, internal technical teams, and external vendors
• Experience in identifying opportunities, supporting decision-making, and contributing to business development is a plus
• Previous experience in the energy or industrial sector is a plus

• University degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar)
• Knowledge of project management, with a focus on agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Scrum Master certification is a plus

• Spanish: Native or C1 level (required)
• English: Advanced

What do we do?

Bip's Technology Consulting unit is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation plans, identifying and helping implement those technologies aligned with business strategy that maximize return on investment. Through our services, we help our clients make technology the lever for business transformation and help them solve their most important challenges related to information technology (IT). We help them redesign their operating models, streamline and automate their processes and operations, plan, govern, and manage their information systems, plan and accompany the journey to the cloud, and manage their technology providers (HW and SW), etc.

Functional profile with experience in project management and tracking, capable of liaising with technical and business teams to channel needs and coordinate their resolution. You will participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying risks and areas for improvement.
