What is the challenge we are proposing to you?

You will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery, getting involved in the necessary tasks for each phase of the project:

• Identifying problems
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Preparing presentations

What do we expect from you?

• Professional experience of 0 to 2 years in business and strategy consulting firms. Knowledge and experience in the Financial Services sector, industry & services, and public administrations will be valued.
• A high level of commitment and proactivity, strong analytical skills and results orientation, interpersonal skills, and a spirit of cooperation and teamwork are required. Proactivity and results orientation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English at a negotiation level. Other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) will be valued.
• Availability to travel locally or internationally.

• University education preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, and Economics. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.) will be valued.

¿Cuál es el reto que te proponemos?

Serás decisiv@ en la día a día del delivery, involucrándote en las tareas necesarias de cada una fase del proyecto:

¿Qué esperamos por tu parte?

• Experiencia profesional de entre 0 a 2 años en empresas de consultoría de negocio y estrategia. Se valorarán conocimientos y experiencia dentro del sector de Servicios Financieros, industria&servicios, administraciones públicas
• Se requiere alta capacidad de compromiso y proactividad, buena capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados, habilidades interpersonales y espíritu de cooperación y trabajo en equipo proactividad, orientación a resultados
• Dominio del español e inglés nivel negociación. Se valorarán otros idiomas (francés, italiano, portugués).
• Disponibilidad para viajar de forma local o internacional

• Formación Universitaria preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, y Económicas. Se valora positivamente un Máster o MBA
• Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) y metodologías (Lean, Agile, etc.)
