The role

What is the challenge we propose?

You will be decisive in the day-to-day delivery, getting involved in the necessary tasks of each phase of the project:

Identification of issues
Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
Preparation of presentations

What do we expect from you?

Professional experience of between 0 and 2 years in business and strategy consulting firms. Knowledge and experience in the Financial Services sector, industry & services, and public administrations will be valued.
University education preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, and Economics. A Master's degree or MBA will be positively valued.
Knowledge of tools (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.) will be valued.
High capacity for commitment and proactivity, good analytical skills and results orientation, interpersonal skills, and a cooperative and proactive teamwork spirit.
Fluency in Spanish and English at a negotiation level. Other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) will be valued.
Availability to travel locally or internationally
