🚀 Senior QA Engineer / QA Engineering Lead

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / QA Engineering Lead with a solid technical foundation and experience in test automation, capable of driving the evolution of the software quality strategy.

We are not looking for a traditional QA profile focused solely on manual testing or coordination. We want a person with an engineering vision, analytical capacity, and technical judgment, who can work directly with developers and architects, identify root causes, and propose improvements that prevent recurring errors.

• Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies.
• Develop and evolve functional and integration test automation.
• Perform testing of REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, and messaging systems.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze complex incidents, identifying their root cause and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to improve quality from the earliest stages.
• Participate in technical and code reviews, detecting potential design issues.
• Define best practices, standards, and quality strategies.
• Drive the evolution from manual testing models toward QA Engineering and automation approaches.
• Contribute to improving the quality maturity of the teams and the technological environment.
