Currently studying for the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
Motivation for professional practice and for learning in an environment of high standards and quality.
A strong academic record.
Accredited English level (minimum C1).

The role

At Baker McKenzie Barcelona, we offer students of the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession the opportunity to carry out their curricular internships by fully integrating into one of our legal departments. Our program is designed to provide a high-level training experience, allowing students to participate in the firm's real work and develop legal and professional skills in an international environment.

What you'll do

During your stay, you will participate in tasks inherent to the practice of law, such as:

Support in drafting legal documents, reports, procedural filings, and contracts.
Legal research and analysis of case law and applicable regulations.
Preparation of documentation and materials for client meetings and for judicial or administrative proceedings.
Collaboration in file management, due diligence, and cross-cutting team projects.
Participation in internal meetings, training sessions, and department activities.

Students always work accompanied by a buddy and receive periodic follow-up from the HR team and the assigned department.

How you'll work

The internships have an approximate duration of 4 months, on a full-time basis and in a on-site modality.

Internships can be carried out in two periods:

January - May 2027; or
June - November 2027.

The Barcelona office has the following teams and legal practice areas:

Tax.
Transactional (Corporate / Real Estate).
Banking and Finance.
Commercial (Public, pharmaceutical, regulatory / IPTech).
Disputes (Procedural / Competition).
Labor.

The final assignment will depend on the firm's needs and the student's profile.
