Corporate Center Controller - Seville

Cover the operational needs in the business centers of the Corporate segments of the bank's network, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and established operating procedures, as well as guaranteeing support for client activity with maximum efficiency and service quality.

Duties

- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, with special attention to AML matters and the proper formalization and custody of client identification documents and contracts, as well as compliance with the accounting and operating procedures established by the bank.

- Attend to clients requesting the center's services, both in person and by telephone, performing the necessary actions to guarantee maximum quality in the execution of the requested operations.

- Manage, together with the Center Director and the Organization's Media Director, the administrative coverage and the necessary resources to guarantee compliance with regulations and the provision of service with the required quality.

- Send concentrated operations to the corresponding executing center, using the systems established by the bank, daily controlling operations that could not be executed, operations pending instructions in the dashboard, the center's mailboxes, or any other established control environment.

- Respond to operational and documentation requests that may be made from central services as a result of audits, inspections, etc., both internal and from official bodies.

- In the event of having assigned commercial or other objectives, they will manage the achievement of these with the utmost dedication.

- Ensure the distribution and knowledge among all components of the center of the operating rules and procedures issued from the Bank's Central Services or from the Organization itself.

- Together with the Center Director, maintain the corporate image in accordance with the guidelines issued by their managers.

- They will be part of the center's Loan Committee, guaranteeing the correct processing of asset operations in accordance with established procedures, and will also participate in decision-making and execution, controlling and supervising the faithful compliance with the agreements made.

- Support service to the rest of the center's functional areas, such as: risk control tasks, expense control, and material and digital documentation, etc.

Cubrir las necesidades operativas en los centros de negocio de los segmentos de Empresas de la red del banco, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa legal y de los procedimientos operativos establecidos, así como garantizar el soporte a la actividad de clientes con la máxima eficiencia y calidad de servicio.

Funciones

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa legal, con especial atención a los temas relacionados con PBC y a la adecuada formalización y custodia de los documentos identificativos de clientes y de los contratos, así como por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos contables y operativos establecidos por el banco.

- Atención a los clientes que demanden los servicios del centro, tanto física como telefónicamente, realizando las acciones necesarias para garantizar la máxima calidad en la ejecución de las operaciones solicitadas.

- Gestionar, junto con el Director del Centro y el Director de Medios de la Organización, la cobertura administrativa y los medios necesarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y la prestación del servicio con la calidad requerida.

- Enviar la operativa que esté concentrada al centro ejecutor correspondiente, utilizando los sistemas establecidos por el banco, controlando diariamente las operaciones que no se hayan podido ejecutar, la operativa pendiente de instrucciones en el cuadro de mando, los buzones del centro o cualquier otro entorno de control establecido.

- Contestar a los requerimientos operativos y de documentación que puedan hacerse desde los servicios centrales, como consecuencia de auditorías, inspecciones, etc, tanto internas como de organismos oficiales.

- En el supuesto de tener asignados objetivos comerciales o de otra índole, gestionará con el máximo empeño la consecución de los mismos.

- Asegurar la distribución y conocimiento entre todos los componentes del centro de las normas y procedimientos operativos que sean emitidas desde los Servicios Centrales del Banco o desde la propia Organización.

- Junto con el Director del centro, mantener la imagen corporativa de acuerdo con las directrices emitidas por sus responsables.

- Formará parte de la Comisión de Préstamos del centro, garantizando la correcta tramitación de las operaciones de activo, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos, así como participará en la toma y ejecución de decisiones, controlando y supervisando el fiel cumplimiento de los acuerdos tomados.

- Servicio de apoyo al resto de áreas funcionales del centro, como por ejemplo: labores de control de riesgos, control de los gastos y material y digitalización de documentación, etc.
