Department Head - Barceló Margaritas

• Supervise and intervene in the provision of food and/or beverage services (restaurants, bars, etc.).
• Plan time and resources: preparing shifts, stock control.
• Organize and assign tables to the waiters under their supervision.
• Correct the performance of their team members, facilitating problem resolution.
• Supervise the hygiene and presentation of their staff, as well as the cleanliness of their section.
• Oversee the "mise en place".
• Take orders.
• Report to the maître d' any deficiencies observed in the quality and presentation of the food.

• Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate
• Experience: minimum 1 year as a waiter, preferably in a similar position.
• Languages: advanced English, a second language (French or German) is desirable.
• Organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams.
