• Plan and supervise mise en place and replenishment of materials, as well as the cleaning of the assigned area.
• Supervise the correct table set up according to branding.
• Conduct briefings with waiters and inform the maitre about news or changes.
• Supervise the work and the smooth running of extra food and beverage sales during service hours.
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
• Direct and supervise the correct completion of the setup for the next service.
• Participate in the reception, farewell, and seating of customers.
• Advise, consult, or inform customers about menus and drinks.
• Manage everything related to allergens or food intolerances.
