Hotel Group Manager

• - Professional with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within superior 4* or 5* hotels, with high group and event activity. - Solid knowledge of the MICE market, commercial processes, and hotel operations associated with groups. - Profile with a commercial orientation, negotiation capacity, and focus on customer satisfaction. - High organizational capacity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and pressure situations. - Experience in team coordination and cross-departmental work with different departments. - Availability and vocation for the hotel and event environment, understanding the operational demands and the schedule flexibility inherent to the role. - Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages will be positively valued. - Experience in large-scale hotels with a high volume of corporate events will be especially valued.

• - Comprehensive management of group and corporate event (MICE) requests, from the initial phase to the closing of the event. - Coordination of site inspections, presentation of facilities, and accompaniment of clients during the decision-making process. - Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of economic proposals and budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with the hotel's commercial policy. - Planning, coordination, and operational follow-up of events, guaranteeing their correct execution. - Continuous supervision to ensure compliance with the hotel's quality and service standards. - Cross-departmental coordination with different operational departments (F&B, accommodation, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. - Management of post-event follow-up, analysis of results, and client loyalty actions. - Identification of new business opportunities and active contribution to the growth of the groups segment. - Leadership and coordination of the Groups team, acting as a reference and ultimate person responsible for the area. - Presence and direct supervision during key events, assuming global responsibility for the service provided.
