We are looking for a Mechanical SAT Technician to join an industrial company specialized in the design and manufacture of high-precision machine tools. The selected candidate will participate in installations, start-ups, maintenance, and equipment repairs both nationally and internationally, developing solid technical expertise in a dynamic environment with a strong learning curve.

Reporting to the Technical Assistance Service Management, the selected candidate will join the SAT team to participate in the installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of precision machinery at client facilities.

This is a position with a significant international component and high technical exposure, ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, working in the field, and developing a comprehensive understanding of machinery.

Their main responsibilities will be:

• Carry out installations and start-ups of machinery at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and determine their root cause.
• Carry out precision mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Perform alignments, leveling, and machine geometric verifications.
• Replace and adjust spindles, bearings, heads, guides, and other mechanical components.
• Collaborate with electrical and automation specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare technical intervention reports.
• Advise clients on best maintenance and operation practices.
• Ensure compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards.
• Participate in improvement and technological upgrade projects for installed equipment.

• Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.
• Previous experience in assembly, maintenance, or mechanical adjustment of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of machine tools, geometries, spindles, bearings, or hydraulic and pneumatic systems is valued.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electricity.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• English level that allows working in technical environments and holding basic conversations with international clients.
• Availability for frequent travel, both nationally and internationally.
• Practical, resourceful individual with autonomy, customer orientation, and a desire to develop high-value technical expertise.
