What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for managing activities related to Business Activity Coordination (BAC), inspections, accidents, training, and preventive maintenance. Your work will ensure that company operations comply with safety regulations, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

What you'll do


What will your day-to-day look like?

- Business Activity Coordination (BAC): You will update BAC documentation on specific platforms and send it to clients monthly. Additionally, you will request documentation updates from contractors and carriers through E-coordina, ensuring compliance before they access the site. Finally, you will report on the status of documentation to managers and verify contractors and carriers.

- Inspections: You will conduct order, cleanliness, and health and safety inspections, identifying areas for improvement. You will update the health and safety inspection log, planning and ensuring the implementation of pending actions.

- Accident management: You will investigate accidents and document analyses in the CaOS platform. You will review and evaluate the actions taken to prevent future incidents.

- Specific works and maintenance: You will conduct periodic inspections of works and maintenance activities, documenting deficiencies and planning corrective actions. You will deliver the necessary documentation to supervisors and workers.

- Materials and equipment management: You will control PPE stock and place orders as needed. You will oversee the condition of first aid kits and eyewash stations, managing their replenishment when necessary. You will assist with occasional cleanups to keep work areas in optimal condition.

- Training and development: You will update the training record for each worker, managing training hours and subsidized training. You will plan and manage annual training programs, including requesting subsidized training.

- You have a Vocational Training qualification in Health and Safety at an Intermediate Level (a Higher Level qualification is a plus).

- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- You are fluent in Basque.

- You live in the area or nearby.

- You are an organized person committed to workplace safety.
