Manufacturing Engineer - CBT

• Required studies: Electrical Technical Engineer or similar

• Minimum experience: 3 years in Production Areas.

• Languages: English (high level B2-C1)

• Person with PROACTIVITY, TEAMWORK, CUSTOMER ORIENTATION, ACHIEVEMENT ORIENTATION, AND ANALYTICAL THINKING.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, methods and times, basic statistical concepts, Team Charter, and Office automation will be valued.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your main function will be to implement, maintain, and improve all systems associated with production (operations, machinery and tools, and information), in terms of efficiency, safety, and environment, being directly responsible for the production process. To this end, you must take responsibility for the following tasks:

• Optimize the product and industrialized means, analyzing production needs, standardizing components, applying improvements (PDCA and SCRA), and participating in industrialization meetings.

• Analyze the integration of new products into the line (CBT), manage workstation modifications and internal orders, and ensure compliance with new development procedures (POP‑13).

• Maintain industrialized documentary support: updating routes, times, and documentation (POP‑8, guidelines, manufacturing orders, BAAN), as well as managing equipment, tooling, prototypes, and training derived from process changes.

• Request and coordinate the update of the plant Layout.

• Actively participate in daily and weekly improvement meetings (PCP‑CONCOR and PDCA).

• Provide knowledge in balancing, sequences, takt times, and maintenance of technical information.

• Collaborate on new industrial projects, technologies, and Team Charter.

• Support the Specials area in the development of electrical diagrams.
