We are looking for colleagues to join our checkout team!

What you'll do

Your mission will be to ensure customer care and loyalty through the customer's final satisfaction at the checkout line, in a fast, reliable and safe manner.
Welcoming our customers.
Mastery of payment procedures, from opening to closing the till.
Offering BAUHAUS services to customers.
Proposing actions and improvements to the checkout line that enhance customer service.
Handling telephone calls.
Managing administrative documents and customer databases.
Knowing and applying the returns policy.
Handling complaints.
