Checkout Staff - 30h - Paterna

We are looking for colleagues to join our checkout team!

• Your mission will be to ensure customer care and loyalty through the customer's final satisfaction at the checkout line, in a fast, reliable and safe manner.
• Welcoming our customers.
• Mastery of payment procedures, from opening to closing the till.
• Offering BAUHAUS services to customers.
• Proposing actions and improvements to the checkout line that enhance customer service.
• Handling telephone calls.
• Managing administrative documents and customer databases.
• Knowing and applying the returns policy.
• Handling complaints.

Requirements

Immediate start with a temporary contract and weekly rotating shifts.

• Fixed salary commensurate with the position plus variable pay based on the results of the department and the store.

• Tu misión consistirá en garantizar el trato y la fidelización, a través de la satisfacción final del cliente al paso por la línea de cajas, de una manera rápida, fiable y segura.
• Acogida de nuestros clientes.
• Dominio de los procedimientos de cobro, desde la apertura hasta el cierre de caja.
• Proponer a los clientes los servicios de BAUHAUS
• Propuesta de acciones y mejora de la línea de cajas que favorezcan la atención al cliente.
• Atención de llamadas telefónicas.
• Gestión de los documentos administrativos y de las bases de datos de los clientes.
• Conocer y aplicar la política de devoluciones.
• Atención de reclamaciones.

Requisitos

Incorporación inmediata con contrato interino y turnos rotativos semanales.

• Salario fijo acorde con la posición y variable según los resultados de la sección y de la tienda.
