Assistant Wood Department Manager

-Product knowledge (doors, parquet, wood, windows, carpentry)

-Experience coordinating work teams.

-Experience managing a section within a retail space.

What would your MAIN DUTIES be?

-Ensure customer service based on quality and guaranteeing service satisfaction.

-Carry out complex, multi-section sales actions.

-Support the section manager in tasks such as: improving and helping with the training of team colleagues, planning schedules and shifts, taking into account the needs of their section, effective support during the onboarding phase of new hires...

-Comply with BAUHAUS standards.

-Ensure stock of brochure items or special promotions.

-Report and hold team meetings to ensure smooth communication with your team.

-Contribute commercial ideas and improvements for the department and its organisation.

-Supervision and training of your team.
