We are looking for a Second-in-Command for the Machinery/Hardware section at our Alcorcón store.

What would your duties be?

• Direct support to the Section Manager.
• Providing specialized customer service.
• Planning the section's COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY, ensuring quality of service.
• Coordinating/managing changes in your area together with the manager.
• Holding team meetings to ensure smooth communication within the team.
• Support in scheduling shifts, rotas, and holidays.
• Providing support to other sections, guiding, selling, and advising customers.
• Passing on the company's values and culture to colleagues.

Permanent

• Experience and knowledge in the retail sector.
