We are looking for a person with a profile of Second Person in Charge of the checkout/information department for our new store in Barcelona.

What would your duties be?

• You will supervise and support the checkout team in daily operations (opening, payments, closings).
• Together with your manager, you will organize the scheduling of checkout staff throughout the day, ensuring adequate coverage based on customer flow.
• You will handle customer issues related to payments, refunds, exchanges, errors, or complaints.
• You will verify cash register reconciliations and ensure proper cash management.
• You will ensure that customer service, payment, security, and returns procedures are properly followed.
• You will support the initial training of new cashiers.
• You will report relevant incidents, deviations, or improvements detected in processes to your manager.
• You will collaborate on coordination with other departments (sales, warehouse, customer information).
