The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a person for our Lumber department.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis as a salesperson on the Lumber team?

Provide excellent customer service.
Manage the department's stock.
Prepare orders.
Restock products to ensure customers can always take home what they need.
Take care of the organization of your department.
Custom wood cutting
Preparation and follow-up of quotes.
Propose improvement actions in your department.
Stay up to date on trends and the market in your department.
Operation of lifting machines that will make loading and unloading goods easier for you.

Requirements

We are looking for people passionate about DIY and home decor, with great creativity, cheerful, eager to try new things every day, and with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.

In addition:

Experience in the lumber sector.
Motivation.

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus.
