The role
Do you work with Altitude and are you looking for a stable project, fully remote and with growth possibilities?
At BEIGAR we are looking for an ASL (Altitude) Analyst Programmer to join the Service Engineering team directly for an important project alongside a leading multinational technology company for Contact Centers.
You will participate in the implementation of unified customer interaction management solutions for large companies in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, and BPO.
You will be involved in the entire project cycle, from functional analysis to production deployment and support.
What you'll do
- Development and maintenance of ASL (Altitude Scripting Language) scripts on Altitude v8.
- Development in C#,.NET
- Development of Inbound/Outbound campaigns, IVR, and agent logic.
- Installation and configuration of products from the Altitude suite.
- Functional analysis and solution design.
- Preparation of technical and functional documentation.
- Incident resolution and support during implementations.
