We are looking for a profile with experience in technical leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, capable of driving the development of innovative solutions and guaranteeing the correct technical execution of strategic projects.

The selected person will collaborate closely with product architecture, development teams, and technical managers, participating in the planning, monitoring, and evolution of technological projects within the field of cyberdefense.

• Technically coordinate innovation and cybersecurity projects.
• Collaborate with the Product Architect to ensure the correct technical evolution of solutions.
• Participate in development planning and backlog management.
• Functionally coordinate the teams involved and perform daily monitoring of the project's evolution.
• Manage efforts, resources, risks, and possible deviations.
• Coordinate deliverables, milestones, and technical planning.
• Drive the design of architectures, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Guarantee the technical alignment of developments with the unit's technological strategy.
• Foster collaboration between different teams and promote good working practices.
