At BEIGAR, we are looking for several Technical Managers to join a leading multinational in cyberdefense projects of European and international scope.

We are looking for profiles with solid experience in technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams within technological innovation projects, capable of connecting architectural vision with daily development execution.

The selected individuals will participate in strategic projects related to cyberdefense, emerging technologies, and applied innovation, working in highly collaborative environments with great technological impact.

• Align the technical strategy of the project alongside the product architect.
• Plan developments and collaborate in the management of the project backlog.
• Functionally coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor progress.
• Manage risks, deviations, resources, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Guarantee the generation of designs, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Participate in technical and organizational decision-making.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with different teams under agile methodologies and complex environments.
• Drive continuous improvement and results orientation within the teams.

Hybrid modality: 3 days remote / 2 days in-person in Barcelona.
