Are you passionate about cosmetics, innovation, and the development of new products? ✨

We are looking to join our R&D team a Cosmetic Formulation Technician who wants to contribute their knowledge and creativity to the development of cosmetic products, participating in the entire process, from the initial idea to industrialization.

• You will develop and reformulate cosmetic products, following defined briefings and ensuring compliance with quality, efficacy, and stability requirements.

• You will analyze competitor products and market trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• You will prepare technical documentation related to formulations and collaborate with the Marketing team, providing technical information about the products and their ingredients.

• You will participate in pilot tests and industrialization processes, collaborating with other teams to guarantee a correct transfer of formulas to production.

• You will coordinate and monitor the work of the R&D Formulation Assistants team, offering technical support and contributing to the organization of laboratory activities.
