About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to lead and develop the Demand Planning process for several brands in Iberia. The role will be responsible for transforming commercial, market, and business information into solid demand forecasts that ensure product availability, optimize stock levels, and contribute to achieving commercial and financial targets.

This position will act as the link between the Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, providing visibility, analysis, and insights to facilitate decision-making and maximize business results.

What you'll do

  • Lead the demand forecasting process for the brands under their responsibility.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams on the planning of launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Define and size product requirements by reference and channel.
  • Integrate business inputs and market trends into forecasting models.
  • Analyze the impact of launches, promotional activity, competition, and market evolution.
  • Plan supporting materials such as testers, sampling, and promotional materials.
  • Identify risks and opportunities against the Budget, proposing action plans when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to improve forecast accuracy and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate product availability and launch planning with the Commercial team.
  • Manage stock allocations in constrained situations, prioritizing business needs.
  • Define promotional quotas and volume allocations by customer, area, and salesperson.
  • Monitor the performance of strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate forecast adjustments, reductions, and demand changes with Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Analyze sales, stock, and commercial performance to identify optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Forecasting.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and commercial planning processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, data analysis, and management of large data volumes).
  • Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, dashboard creation, KPI visualization, and automated report generation).
  • Experience in data analysis and generating insights to support decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Demand Planning and Forecasting tools such as SAP IBP, JDA, ToolsGroup, or similar.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty, or Consumer Goods environments.
