We are looking for a technical profile with rigor, analytical precision, and motivation for working in an industrial plant laboratory:

Education: University Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related sciences.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in R&D departments, quality control laboratories, or industrial production environments.
Specialization (Particularly valuable): Previous practical experience in formulation chemistry, detergents, cleaning products, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
Technical Competencies: Fluent and independent handling in the execution of pH, viscosity, and density tests, as well as stability studies.
Personal Skills: Methodology, initiative, analytical vision, and a high capacity for teamwork.
Location and Start Date: Residence in the province of Cáceres (or availability for daily commuting to the workplace in Santiago del Campo) and confirmed start date for July 27, 2026.

🧪 R&D Technician - Formulation and Laboratory Testing

Location: Santiago del Campo, Cáceres

Are you passionate about chemical formulation and the development of everyday products? At ConfiARTE, we are selecting an R&D Technician to join a leading industrial company specializing in the research, development, and manufacture of cleaning products for the domestic, professional, and industrial sectors.

Integrated into a technologically advanced environment, you will work in modern facilities with cutting-edge analytical tools, driving real projects in innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

💡 Continuity and real development: The initial hiring is via direct contract to cover a maternity substitution, with the company's firm intention to consolidate the position long-term within the technical team once this period is completed, depending on performance.

What you'll do

As a direct member of the Research and Development department, you will collaborate in the complete cycle of product creation and optimization:

Development and Innovation: Actively and creatively support the design of new formulas and the continuous improvement of the existing range.
Testing and Prototyping: Prepare laboratory samples and execute key physical and analytical tests (pH, viscosity, density, stability, and compatibility tests).
Analysis and Traceability: Record, analyze, and rigorously monitor technical results, detecting deviations and proposing operational improvements.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the Quality and Production areas to ensure the scalability and industrialization of developments.
Regulatory Excellence: Ensure strict compliance with internal laboratory SOPs, safety regulations, quality, and traceability.
