At Bergé, a leading operator in supply chain logistics services and solutions, we are looking to hire a Maritime Chartering Specialist (Chartering / operations Broker) to strengthen our national and international presence.

Your mission will be:
• Analyze routes, tonnages, and dates to identify optimal freight levels.
• Position yourself as a reference broker, managing relationships with shipowners.
• Advise clients on closing charters, providing strategic value.
• Handle charter parties and ensure their correct application.
• Expand your network of contacts and share useful and updated market information.

Profile we are looking for:
• Education in International Trade, Maritime Transport, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Chartering or Operations Broker profile, especially in the Dry Bulk area, or similar functions.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, negotiation skills, and teamwork.
