Operations Administration

We are looking for a profile to fill a vacancy in Operations Administration. Their main function will be the operational management of the supply chain, guaranteeing efficiency in the delivery of materials and products, as well as the optimization of inventories in our workshops and warehouses. This role is essential to maintain continuous logistical flow, resolve incidents, and collaborate closely with suppliers, workshops, and internal teams.

Among the main functions and responsibilities are:

• Logistics Management.
• Supervise and coordinate the movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses, and workshops.
• Manage reverse logistics (returns of material to suppliers or between warehouses).
• Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and the quality of the logistical service.
• Monitor and optimize distribution routes to improve times and costs.
• Coordinate product procurement to ensure availability in inventory.
• Manage automatic and manual orders, ensuring compliance with defined stock levels.
• Analyze consumption patterns and adjust inventory parameters to avoid obsolescence or stockouts.
• Manage incidents related to deliveries, inventories, and orders in tracking systems.
• Propose fast and effective solutions to logistical or procurement problems.
• Work with suppliers to resolve incidents regarding material delivery.

What do we expect from you?
Between 2 and 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or similar roles.
Desirable experience in the automotive or spare parts sector.
Experience in reverse logistics and distribution route optimization.
