Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions within logistics environments.
Experience managing large teams and supervisory structures.
Highly operational profile, with a presence on the floor and a results orientation.
Decision-making capacity in demanding, high-pressure environments.
Sufficient level of English to participate in international training and meetings.
Availability to travel during the initial phases of the project.

Nice to have

Experience in e-commerce, logistics automation, or the implementation of new operations will be highly valued.
Knowledge of SAP will be valued.

The role

Are you passionate about logistics and motivated to lead complex operations in dynamic, high-volume environments?

We are looking for Operations Managers to join a strategic project within a high-growth logistics operation, where you will play a key role in the launch, development, and optimization of operational processes.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operational areas under your responsibility, ensuring the fulfillment of productivity, quality, service, and safety objectives, as well as the development of the teams in your charge.

Main responsibilities

Lead and develop large operational teams through Team Leaders and supervisors.
Guarantee compliance with productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
Supervise and optimize the logistical processes of the operation.
Coordinate daily activities to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
Act as a key interlocutor with the client and other internal departments.
Participate actively in the launch and consolidation of a new logistics operation.
