The Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the operations of one of the shifts at the logistics center, guaranteeing compliance with the productivity, quality, safety, and service level objectives agreed upon with the client. They lead the shift's operational structure, drive continuous process improvement, and develop middle management, ensuring efficient resource management and the correct functioning of the operation.

• Supervise and optimize the shift's logistical processes, guaranteeing an efficient operation aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with daily productivity, quality, and service objectives.
• Analyze operational performance and drive continuous improvement actions to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and minimize deviations.
• Coordinate resource planning and operational priorities to guarantee service continuity.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and the standards established by the company and the client.
• Directly lead a team of 15 to 20 Team Leaders, promoting their development through individualized monitoring, continuous feedback, and growth plans.
• Indirectly manage an operational structure of up to 1,200 people during peak activity periods.
• Foster a work environment based on collaboration, motivation, creativity, and results orientation.
• Guarantee the correct training of new hires regarding order, cleanliness, and operating procedures.
• Ensure that all teams under their responsibility comply with the organizational and operational standards defined by the company.
• Monitor the main key performance indicators (KPIs), guaranteeing compliance with the productivity, quality, and service level objectives agreed upon with the client.
• Define and implement action plans to correct deviations and improve operational performance.
• Maintain fluid communication and a collaborative relationship with client interlocutors, guaranteeing the correct management of their needs and expectations.
• Report shift results and propose initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the center's overall performance.
• Ensure the deployment and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Management System requirements in all areas under their responsibility.
• Supervise compliance with safety rules and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, promoting a preventive culture throughout the operation.
• Ensure the maintenance of standards for order, cleanliness, and good operating practices.
