BIM Coordinator

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in BIM coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in REVIT.
• Experience in PLANT 3D for the development of industrial projects.
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge in modeling and coordination of disciplines (mechanical, piping, civil, processes).
• Languages: A good level of English (minimum B2) is essential, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with international teams, partners, and clients.

• Experience in desalination plant projects or similar.
• Knowledge of other BIM software.
• BIM certifications.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Seville. You will join a key project for the development of large desalination plants, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating closely with international teams. You will be responsible for the structuring and coordination of BIM models, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all project disciplines.

• BIM Coordination (MID/SENIOR): Lead the coordination of the BIM model, primarily using REVIT and with experience in PLANT 3D for the development of large desalination plant projects.
• Discipline Management: Coordinate all project disciplines, including mechanical, piping, civil, processes, among others, guaranteeing integration and harmony between them.
• Development and Monitoring of Deliverables: Define, develop, and supervise the delivery of the different elements of the BIM model, complying with established deadlines and standards.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve interferences and conflicts within the BIM model to prevent construction and operation problems.
• Project Coordination: Actively collaborate with project and discipline leaders to ensure its correct development, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Client Liaison: Participate in meetings with the client, presenting progress, resolving doubts, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Documentation and Standards: Ensure compliance with defined BIM standards and the correct documentation of the model.
