We are looking for a professional Site Manager to expand one of our teams in Badajoz.

• Comprehensive Site Management and Supervision: Plan, organize, direct, and control all phases of construction projects, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, and safety.
• Project Management: Develop and manage the site plan, including schedules, budgets, resources, and contingency plans. Perform monitoring and control of execution, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Team Leadership: Direct and motivate work teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, high efficiency, and professional development. Coordinate the different disciplines and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Quality and Safety Control: Implement and supervise quality and health and safety plans on site, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and internal company policies. Ensure the correct technical execution of the works.
• Relationship with Clients and Stakeholders: Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, suppliers, public administrations, and other involved agents, managing communication and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage the risks inherent to each project, developing strategies for their mitigation and control.
• Resource Optimization: Supervise the correct use of the material, human, and economic resources assigned to each site, seeking maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all actions on site comply with applicable legislation and regulations regarding construction, urban planning, environment, and occupational safety.
• Project Closure: Coordinate the necessary actions for the administrative and technical closure of the works, including delivery to the client and the collection of final documentation.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare periodic reports on the status of the site, including progress, costs, risks, and any relevant incidents, for the company management.

• University degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Canal and Port Engineering, Building Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in site management and supervision.
• Experience in large-scale or high-complexity works, industrial environments, civil engineering, or unique buildings, and simultaneous management of several projects is valued.
• Availability for travel and site visits.
• Driver's license.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Availability according to site needs.
