We are currently expanding one of our teams and are looking to bring on a High Voltage and Protection Engineer to join our project in Gijón.

• Perform detailed electrical calculations for High Voltage projects, ensuring the feasibility and efficiency of installations.
• Develop complex electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and stability studies, among others.
• Design, configure, and commission electrical protection systems for High Voltage substations and lines, ensuring the safety and continuity of the electrical supply.
• Participate in the design, engineering, and supervision of the construction and commissioning of High Voltage substations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international technical regulations for High Voltage projects and electrical protections.
• Prepare and review project technical documentation, including calculation reports, single-line diagrams, drawings, technical specifications, and operating manuals.

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in High Voltage and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of electrical calculation software such as ETAP, DIGSILENT, or CANECO.
• English level B2.
