The role

In our Substation Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of pioneering projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

Currently, we are looking for a Planning Engineer to join one of our teams in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you'll do

Develop, implement, and manage detailed project plans for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the industrial sector.
Create project schedules, identify key milestones and dependencies, and optimize the sequence of activities.
Monitor project progress against the established plan, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Manage resources (human, material, equipment) and ensure their availability and efficient allocation.
Perform project risk analyses and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering, procurement, construction teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and the client.
Use project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for project management and control.
Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Participate in time and cost estimation for new project proposals.
Provide expertise in planning complex, large-scale projects in an international setting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning and management processes within the organization.

Requirements

Engineer with at least 10 years of demonstrable experience in project planning, preferably in EPC environments.
Solid knowledge and experience in managing industrial project planning, with special emphasis on the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Engineering sectors.
Advanced proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Experience in managing project schedules, resources, costs, and risks.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A high level of English is essential. Knowledge of Hebrew will be valued.
Availability to reside and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
