We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer, focused on industrial production environments, to expand one of our teams in the province of Córdoba.

What you'll do

Analyze, design, and implement new industrialization projects, collaborating with different departments to optimize workflows, cycle times, and quality.
Analyze existing industrial processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Implement process improvements based on continuous improvement methodologies, with the aim of increasing efficiency and quality and reducing costs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement technological solutions that respond to customer needs.
Perform feasibility studies and cost analyses for process improvement projects.
Supervise the implementation of proposed improvements, ensuring their correct execution and evaluation of results.
Lead continuous improvement projects by applying Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, etc.).
Develop standard process documentation (5s STD, work instructions, etc.).
