Requirements

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience developing on low-code workflow platforms: ServiceNow (preferred) or Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience digitizing business processes, moving from email or Excel to automated flows.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configuration.
Experience in testing and in accompanying solutions through to production.
Process vision and clear communication with both business and technical profiles.
Professional English level (oral and written).

Nice to have

ServiceNow: Playbooks, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, variables, MRVS, and ACLs.
Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
Experience in both platforms.
Power BI and SQL for reporting and KPI tracking.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) or Microsoft (PL-200, PL-400).
Experience in back-office processes: contracts, invoicing, or service operations.
Interest in AI automations.

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst with experience in ServiceNow to join the team of one of our main clients within the industrial sector.

Role mission: Design, build, and maintain low-code flows and solutions based on the processes defined by the process engineers. The role accompanies each solution from the requirement stage through to production support.

What you'll do

Receive and analyze requirements (BRD/CR) from process engineers and translate them into stories in ServiceNow.
Perform the handover with the process engineers: understand the process, resolve doubts, and present the solution design.
Build low-code flows and applications: Playbooks and Flow Designer in ServiceNow, or Power Automate and Power Apps in Power Platform.
Implement conditional logic, process variants, and exception management, so that the user is never left blocked.
Design reusable, modular, and easy-to-maintain components.
Perform demos for stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
Execute testing (unit, end-to-end, regression) and manage UAT defects.
Prepare and perform deployment, and provide post-deployment support.
Document solutions and report progress clearly.

How you'll work

You will be able to work in a hybrid model at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office. Good communication via public transport and free parking within the facilities.
