Currently, we are expanding our team and are looking to incorporate an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join us remotely. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technological solutions.

• BIM modeling and review of structural models (columns, slabs, beams, footings, walls, etc.) using Autodesk Revit.
• BIM modeling and review of structural families (slabs, footings, beams, walls, construction details, reinforcement, etc.).
• Generation, review, and coordination of 3D reinforcement.
• Application of sustainable BIM design criteria in complex projects.
• Advanced handling of Revit for all BIM tasks associated with the position.
• Use of CAD at specific times (valuable experience).
• Preparation, debugging, and management of the BIM model for the generation of plans, reports, and deliverables.
• BIM coordination between disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP, civil engineering).
• Review of BIM documentation as part of the quality control and assurance process.
• Participation in internal and client meetings, providing technical knowledge and coordination capacity.
