Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Good level of English and proficiency in Spanish.
Between 2 and 3 years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Experience using ticketing tools, backup solutions, and structured incident management procedures.

Languages

As this is an international environment, a good level of English is required.

We are currently looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to join a project where they will be responsible for providing technical support to users, administering computer systems, and ensuring the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

You will provide first and second level technical support to users, resolving incidents and requests related to IT services.
You will configure, deploy, and maintain end-user equipment, including Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
You will manage and document incidents using ticketing tools, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
You will administer users, identities, and access permissions using Active Directory / Entra ID.
You will manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
You will perform software deployments, updates, patch management, and the application of security measures on computers and servers.
You will administer and supervise Windows Server, file and print services, and network components such as switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
You will supervise backups, perform restorations, and collaborate on recovery tests.

How you'll work

You will work from 8:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break and intensive working days on Fridays and during the summer.
You will work onsite in l'Ametlla del Vallès.
