We are looking for Process Engineers (junior, mid, and senior) for industrial projects to expand one of our teams in Barcelona.

•  Support in the preparation and updating of process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
• Collaboration in the preparation of material and energy balances.
• Support in basic hydraulic calculations and preliminary sizing of lines and equipment.
• Preparation of process equipment data sheets under supervision.
• Participation in process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent tools.
• Preparation of technical documentation and review of specifications.
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure documentation consistency.
• Autonomous development of process engineering in industrial projects.
• Preparation, review, and updating of PFD, P&ID, and material and energy balances.
• Development of process simulations and analysis of technical alternatives.
• Performing hydraulic calculations, pressure drops, and sizing of lines and equipment.
• Sizing and technical specification of pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, separators, and other process equipment.
• Preparation of data sheets, technical specifications, calculation reports, and process descriptions.
• Technical review of vendor documentation and evaluation of technical offers.
• Participation in HAZOP studies and process safety analysis.
• Technical coordination with piping, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Identification of technical and energy optimization opportunities.
• Technical development and leadership of process engineering in conceptual, basic, and detailed industrial engineering projects.
• Preparation, supervision, and validation of PFD, P&ID, material and energy balances, and process technical documentation.
• Development and validation of complex process simulations, analysis of operating scenarios, and system optimization.
• Performing and reviewing hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and definition of design criteria.
• Definition of design bases, operating philosophies, technical specifications, and functional requirements of systems.
• Technical supervision of data sheets, calculation reports, and engineering documentation.
• Technical participation and leadership in HAZOP studies, safety reviews, and operational risk analysis.
• Multidisciplinary coordination with mechanical, piping, instrumentation, electrical engineering, and other specialties.
• Technical liaison with clients, suppliers, and project managers.
• Review of technical offers, evaluation of vendor solutions, and resolution of technical deviations.
• Supervision.
