Requirements

What we're looking for

Training related to Modeling.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
Proficiency in Revit, with experience in collaborative BIM environments and the ability to work with shared models being highly valued.
Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects and under demanding quality standards.

We are looking to hire BIM Modelers with Revit to participate in high technical value projects within international environments.

What you'll do

Develop and update MEP BIM models using Revit, ensuring their correct execution in accordance with project standards and requirements.
Participate in the modeling and development of documentation associated with installation projects.
Work in collaborative BIM environments, coordinating models with the other disciplines involved in the project.
Review and maintain the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the developed models.
Participate in detecting and resolving potential clashes or modeling issues.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, modelers, and other technical teams to ensure the correct integration of information.
Keep documentation and models up to date throughout the different project development phases.
