We are looking for a Health and Safety Technician to expand one of our teams in Terrassa.

What you'll do

Evaluate risks and update and prepare health and safety plans at construction sites, plants, and offices to anticipate hazards, define preventive measures, guarantee regulatory compliance, and keep internal procedures up to date in the face of legal changes.
Perform evaluations and monitoring on-site and at the plant through visits and communication with managers to ensure the correct implementation of processes, procedures, and preventive measures of the Safety system.
Manage preventive documentation and coordinate the CAE with the administrative team and the technical manager to maintain legal traceability and effective preventive management.
Organize and coordinate internal and external training together with the Talent team to improve working conditions, advise on safety and risk matters, and train all personnel.
Provide training as a joint prevention service to the company's professionals.
Provide technical advice to site managers, plant managers, and management on safety-related decisions to guarantee appropriate preventive solutions.
Control protection equipment and means (PPE, collective protections, machinery) to verify their condition and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with external services such as third-party prevention services, mutual insurance companies, and official bodies to ensure the correct integration of prevention within the organization.
Promote a preventive culture and participate in internal and external audits to involve the entire organization in Safety and guarantee the continuous improvement of the system.
Analyze indicators, investigate accidents, and propose improvements to evaluate the effectiveness of the system, reduce accident rates, and reinforce prevention in all areas.
