At BETWEEN Group, a leading company in technological consultancy, we are looking to hire three Senior Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technicians to join our team at three major photovoltaic worksites.

If you have solid experience in risk prevention in construction site environments, especially in the photovoltaic or PV sector, and you are looking to join a constantly growing company with a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of its employees, this is your opportunity!

You will be a key piece in guaranteeing safety and health at our photovoltaic worksites. Your main functions will include:

• Field Operational Assessment and Control: You will carry out exhaustive daily inspections of working conditions, continuously identifying and assessing occupational risks associated with both subcontracted companies and self-employed workers.
• Management of Safety Plans (PSS): You will be responsible for drafting the necessary annexes to the Safety Plans, ensuring their adequacy and updating. You will rigorously verify compliance with all preventive measures established at the worksite and act directly as a Preventive Resource.
• Training and Induction: You will deliver access talks to new personnel and those joining the worksite, ensuring that all workers understand the risks and preventive measures. You will verify the technical training of personnel and coordinate specific training actions to reinforce the safety culture.
• Coordination of Business Activities (CBA) and Software: You will manage all necessary preventive documentation through our platforms, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations regarding CBA.
• Inspection and Monitoring: You will perform periodic monitoring and detailed inspections to ensure that all activities at the worksite are carried out in accordance with risk prevention protocols and applicable regulations.
• Accident Investigation and Reporting: Analysis of incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, preparing reports and corrective action plans.
• Technical Liaison and Reporting: Direct coordination with the Health and Safety Coordinator (HSC) and attendance at project monitoring meetings.
• Continuous Preventive Advisory: Support to Project Management in the proactive review of work procedures prior to the start of worksite phases.
