Requirements

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Driving license (Class B) essential.

Nice to have

Technical training or engineering (valuable).
Proficiency in Catalan.

The role

We are looking for a Senior OSH Technician for the Rubí area.

What you'll do

Analyze accident rates through data collection, risk assessments, and the proposal of preventive actions to reduce accidents.
Guarantee compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations by performing legislative reviews, evaluating legal requirements, and keeping the management system up to date.
Coordinate and drive prevention, emergency, and self-protection plans, including drills, annual preventive plans, and monitoring of their execution.
Design, coordinate, and deliver training and information actions in OH&S, ensuring the monitoring of training plans.
Collaborate with Health Surveillance, internal and external audits, Health and Safety Committees, and in the preparation of preventive reports and documentation.
Advise business areas on the coordination of business activities, bidding processes, and purchasing, guaranteeing compliance with legal and technical requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of the organization and processes by participating in projects, ensuring the correct functioning of Coordinaqua, and promoting initiatives to improve safety indicators.
