· Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
· Experience with nanoparticle characterization techniques, such as DLS, NTA, TEM, or related methods.

We are looking for an R&D Laboratory Technician to join our team and support the development and characterization of innovative nanomedicine formulations.
· Participate in practical laboratory activities, including formulation, characterization, and analytical testing of biologic-based nanomedicines.
· Perform laboratory experiments and maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring appropriate traceability of activities and results.
· Organize daily laboratory work in coordination with supervisors and contribute to delivering results according to agreed timelines.
· Contribute to laboratory maintenance activities, including placing orders, managing stocks, maintaining equipment, cleaning, and keeping sample and reagent databases up to date.
· Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other laboratory documentation.
· Contribute to a safe, organized, and collaborative laboratory environment.
· Perform other laboratory-related duties as required.
