The role

What you'll do

Planning, execution, and delivery of technical services focused on Food Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.
Conducting technical product studies (shelf life, transformation factors, sensory evaluations, label reviews, ad hoc…).
Conducting technical process studies (process validation, environmental monitoring, analytical method validation...).
Participation in projects, initiatives, and cross-functional working groups.

What are we looking for?

Education: Intermediate or higher degree in Engineering or Life Sciences: Food Science and Technology/Food Engineering/Agri-Food Engineering/Biology/Veterinary Science/Chemistry.

Knowledge and experience

Advanced knowledge of production processes in the seafood sector.
Advanced knowledge of new product development.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting roles or managing Food Safety, Quality, and Sustainability areas.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry involved in the transformation of fishery and aquaculture products.
