• Training: Student in the final years of a degree or junior master's (or recent graduate) in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar, with the possibility of a university internship agreement.
• AI Native: Extremely high curiosity and desire to train in the use of generative AI tools applied to processes and productivity.
• Rigor and Excellence: A profile meticulously attentive to detail, organized, and methodical, capable of managing several tasks in parallel.
• Languages & Communication: Professional Spanish and English, with the ability to write with neatness.
• Discretion and Judgment: High sense of ethics, discretion, and good judgment in handling confidential information.

Your Mission: Grow and Scale Regulatory and Operational Impact with Technology

As an Intern in our Legal, Compliance, and Operations team at Bit2Me STX, your role will be fundamental. You will not be alone; you will collaborate directly with the founding team and senior executives from leading financial companies in the midst of launching the blockchain stock exchange.

What will you collaborate on with us? (The "HOW"):

Client and Issuer Onboarding: You will support KYC/AML verification, documentation review, and the analysis of file completeness with maximum rigor.

Admission Files and Corporate Governance: You will help prepare issuer admission files and materials for the admissions committee and the board of directors.

Regulatory Relations and Compliance: You will collaborate on filings, archives, and official regulatory correspondence with the CNMV and other supervisory authorities.

Operational Excellence: You will maintain operational checklists, records, and documentation of key processes for the imminent launch of the exchange.

Document and Corporate Management: You will keep contracts, internal policies, and corporate documentation organized and up to date.

Business Development Support: You will collaborate in monitoring the issuer pipeline, market analysis, and preparation of presentation materials.

AI Automation: You will train in the use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and Excel to automate repetitive tasks and raise operational efficiency.
