Senior Architect – Tower Specialist

• Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification.
• + 10 years post qualification experience as an Architect.
• Proven experience delivering complex high-rise/tower projects.

• International project experience (Middle East is a plus)

As our office in Barcelona is growing at a rapid pace and we have a pipeline of interesting projects, we are looking for a Senior Architect with +10 years’ experience and strong expertise in high-rise office and residential towers.

 Join us on our mission, if you are a Senior Architect who has:

• Extensive experience with high-rise and tower projects, from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of structural, technical, and architectural aspects of towers.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent, buildability, and performance.
• Proven ability to resolve design and technical challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Previous experience working on international tower projects (Middle East experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of materials, construction methods, and performance requirements for tall buildings.
• Experience managing project coordination with stakeholders, local authorities, approving bodies, and sub-consultants throughout different project phases.
• Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design and technical teams.
• Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models throughout different project stages.
• Lead design, documentation, and construction administration phases for large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Vray and Adobe Suite. 
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from project leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
