The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team of a major entity in the financial sector.

The selected person will participate in strategic banking transformation initiatives, connecting business strategy with organizational capabilities, operating models, and the entity's technological evolution.

This is a transversal position, with high exposure to business stakeholders, transformation managers, corporate architects, and technology leaders.

What you'll do

Define and evolve business capabilities, processes, and value chains.
Design functional and operating models aligned with the corporate strategy.
Participate in the definition of Target Architectures and Target Operating Models (TOM).
Identify opportunities for transformation, simplification, and organizational improvement.
Perform impact analysis, gap identification, and roadmap definition.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions between business and technology areas.
Align transformation initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.
Prepare proposals, recommendations, and documentation for committees and decision-making bodies.
