Are you looking to take a qualitative leap in your professional career and assume leadership of large-scale projects within a collaborative, solid, and constantly growing environment? At Randstad, we are selecting a senior architect who is passionate about quality design, technical excellence, and the management of multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll do
As a senior architect, you will join the architecture and project management department, assuming the coordination and leadership of the team. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams: Guide and energize the internal team of architects, assigning tasks, fostering collaborative work, and delegating effectively according to the competencies of each collaborator.
- Management of specialists and external collaborators: Identify needs for complementary technical support (for example, structural calculation or specialists in specific consultancies), coordinating their integration and ensuring the global coherence of the project.
- Client relationship and technical advisory: Represent the studio in follow-up meetings, providing value propositions, innovative architectural solutions, and a decisive technical vision in the face of any eventuality.
- Technical and budgetary control: Ensure the technical, urban planning, and economic viability of each proposal in close collaboration with the execution, measurement, and installations departments.
Requirements
Joining this team as a senior architect will provide you with attractive working conditions and an environment conducive to consolidating your career:
- Stability and projection: Permanent contract in a consolidated company, with a clearly defined long-term career plan and professional trajectory.
- Competitive remuneration: Salary package in accordance with the experience, technical solvency, and competencies provided by the selected candidate.
- High-value projects: Opportunity to lead projects of great relevance and scale in the field of public works, with the support of a highly qualified multidisciplinary technical team.
- Excellent working environment: Professional, transparent work environment based on mutual trust, respect, and continuous cooperation between departments.
- Autonomy and decision-making: A position with real impact on the design and execution strategy of the firm, where your ideas and initiatives will be heard and valued.
Benefits and conditions
To successfully perform this role, we are looking for a profile with a global vision of the profession and a solid vocation for leadership:
- Academic training: Higher university degree in Architecture (Degree plus Master's degree or Licentiate).
- Professional experience: Proven experience working in leading architecture firms or studios, ideally with experience in the development and tendering of public works projects and complex building.
- Technical competencies: Advanced mastery of computer-aided design tools (AutoCAD) and solid knowledge of budgeting, measurement, and construction monitoring programs, especially TCQ.
- Management capacity: Demonstrated ability to plan workflows, delegate responsibilities with confidence, and coordinate various professionals and specialized technicians.
- Architectural sensitivity: Great aesthetic sensitivity, constructive rigor, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to propose creative and functional alternatives.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client orientation, and empathy to lead teams of people.
