Business Continuity Manager

You will define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements (including DORA).

You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed and aligned with service objectives.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening operational resilience, supporting business continuity frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

• Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred)
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives
• Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)
• Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives

• 3+ years in process management (BPM)
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)
• Experience with SLA definition
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
• Knowledge of risk management
• Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)
• Spanish & English (C1)
