Atlassian Cloud Administrator (Jira & Confluence)

Provide strategic ownership of Jira and Confluence Cloud as enterprise platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and continuously improved to meet evolving customer and organizational needs. Acts as the highest escalation point for complex issues and as a technical authority with expert knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps, including BigPicture and ScriptRunner. Provides 3rd‑level support and drives platform optimization through advanced configuration, automation, and AI capabilities to enhance user experience, delivery efficiency, and decision‑making.

What You Will Do

• Provide strategic ownership of Jira and Confluence Cloud as enterprise platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and continuously improved to meet evolving customer and organizational needs.
• Acts as the highest escalation point for complex issues and as a technical authority with expert knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps, including BigPicture and ScriptRunner.
• Provides 3rd level support and drives platform optimization through advanced configuration, automation, and AI capabilities to enhance user experience, delivery efficiency, and decision making.

What You Bring

• Expert administration of Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence Cloud in enterprise environments
• Proven experience providing 3rd‑level (L3) support for Atlassian products (strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently on high‑impact issues)
• Advanced use of Marketplace apps (e.g. BigPicture, ScriptRunner) and strong experience in their administration
• Very good technical English skills (written and spoken), suitable for technical documentation and collaboration with international stakeholders
• Automation & AI enablement (Jira Automation, Rovo, AI features) to improve efficiency and user experience
• Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and limitations within Atlassian Cloud
