Legal Internship - Legal Advisory

MISSION

The Legal and Tax Advisory department provides services in these areas to the companies of the BNP Paribas Group in Spain. Its sub-departments (General Secretariat and Digital, Litigation, Tax, Structured Finance, Contracting) manage the matters that come to them concerning these subjects and cross-cutting projects with legal relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES__S

You will collaborate and participate in the following tasks:

In general, the person joining through the scholarship will become familiar with the legal matters of the Department, and in some areas they will be able to go deeper and collaborate more autonomously and proactively. The idea is that during the scholarship they will have the opportunity to gain a multifaceted view of the Department's activity, as well as acquire certain experience and working methods in the legal field, within a major multinational entity.

You will provide support to the Department, with special dedication to the tasks of the General Secretariat (Corporate Law and general Commercial Law, as well as matters in the areas of registration, notarial, mortgage, administrative, and regulatory law, including everything related to electronic law), and your Tutor will train you, guide you, monitor your progress, and evaluate you at the end of the process.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

• Master's student (e.g., Master's for Access to the Legal Profession, Master's in Digital Law, Master's in Business Law, or similar)
• Law graduate

Experience:

• Not essential, but will be valued - Law firm, Company, or others.

• ENGLISH: certified level C1 or C2
• FRENCH: will be valued positively

• Hybrid remote work

• One day of vacation for each month worked (depending on the duration of the agreement with the university).

• Meal allowance.

La Asesoría Jurídica y Fiscal presta servicio en estas áreas a las empresas del Grupo BNP PARIBAS en España. Sus sub-departamentos (Secretaría General y Digital, Contencioso, Fiscal, Structured Finance, Contracting,) gestionan los asuntos que les van llegando sobre esas materias y proyectos transversales con relevancia jurídica.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Colaborará y participará en las siguientes tareas:

En general, la persona incorporada en la beca se familiarizará con los temas legales del Departamento, y en algunos podrá profundizar más y colaborar de manera más autónoma y proactiva. La idea es que durante su beca tenga la oportunidad de tener una visión poliédrica de la actividad desarrollada por el Departamento, así como adquirir cierta experiencia y métodos de trabajo en el campo jurídico, en una gran entidad multinacional.

Prestará apoyo al Departamento, con especial dedicación a las tareas propias de la Secretaría General (Derecho Societario y Derecho Mercantil general, así como temas en los ámbitos registral, notarial, hipotecario, administrativo, y regulatorio, incluido todo lo relativo al derecho electrónico) y su Tutor/a le formará, le orientará, hará su seguimiento y le evaluará al final del proceso.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

• Estudiante de Master (p.ej. Máster Acceso a la Abogacía, Máster Derecho Digital, Derecho de Empresa o similares)
• Graduado en Derecho

Experience:

• No indispensable, pero se valorará - Despacho de Abogados, Empresa, u otros.

• INGLÉS : nivel C1 o C2 certificado
• FRANCÉS : se valorará positivamente

• Modelo híbrido de teletrabajo.

• Un día de vacaciones por cada mes trabajado (según la duración del acuerdo con la universidad).

• Subsidio para comidas.
