About the role

MISSION

The Legal and Tax Advisory department provides services in these areas to the companies of the BNP Paribas Group in Spain. Its sub-departments (General Secretariat and Digital, Litigation, Tax, Structured Finance, Contracting) manage the matters that come to them concerning these subjects and cross-cutting projects with legal relevance.

You will collaborate and participate in the following tasks:

You will provide support to the Department, with special dedication to the tasks of the General Secretariat (Corporate Law and general Commercial Law, as well as matters in the areas of registration, notarial, mortgage, administrative, and regulatory law, including everything related to electronic law), and your Tutor will train you, guide you, monitor your progress, and evaluate you at the end of the process.
